Rochelle is the founder and heart behind You, Me & Mimosas. With a background in bartending and a love for creating memorable experiences, she built her business around one simple idea: celebrations should feel effortless, elevated, and a little bit magical.

What started as a passion project quickly grew into something more. After becoming a mom, Rochelle set out to build a business that allowed her to create something meaningful while showing up fully for her family. From building her first mobile bar by hand to serving celebrations across Maine and New England, her journey is rooted in creativity, service, and intention.

Today, she brings that same energy into every event, helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments with style, ease, and lots of bubbles.
